3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

To book our services, you may contact us via phone, email, or our website. All bookings are subject to our confirmation and availability.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.3 Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided as arranged, you may be charged for the missed appointment.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing for our services will be provided in a quote or estimate. Final charges may vary based on the actual condition of the property and services performed.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and electronic payments. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
  • Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before service
  • Ensure the property is in a safe condition for our staff to work
  • Disclose any hazards, pets, or special conditions at the property
  • Provide necessary cleaning supplies if specified in the service agreement
  • Secure pets during the cleaning service

6. Our Responsibilities and Service Standards

Ave Fenix commits to:

  • Provide professional and reliable cleaning services
  • Use trained and background-checked staff
  • Arrive at scheduled appointments on time or notify you of delays
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
  • Respect your property and maintain confidentiality
  • Address any concerns or issues promptly

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if appropriate, return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

8. Liability and Claims

8.1 Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Ave Fenix is not liable for:

  • Damage to items not reported as fragile or valuable prior to service
  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage caused by faulty equipment or infrastructure at your property
  • Loss or damage to items left unsecured
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8.2 Claims

All claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and work toward a fair resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ave Fenix or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

11. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Unsafe or abusive conditions exist
  • Access to the property is repeatedly not provided
  • Terms of this agreement are violated

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ave Fenix, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your use of our services.

13. Force Majeure

Ave Fenix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.

15. Severability

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ave Fenix regarding the use of our services and website.
